Zara is the Founder of the KitProject.com, Linkandlaunch.com, BusinessAtelier.co.uk, Slateandscript.com and Blockmarkclothing.com. The Kit Project is built to support product start ups to find the product-related businesses needed to bring their products to the mass market and LinkandLaunch.com is to help Product SME's scale strategically in mass market with the help of her product to partnership Food and Drink accelerator, with category market audits and Market Trend Presentations in the Food and Drink sector and B2B networking. Business Atelier is strategic growth and brand agency, Slate and Script is a stationery and notebook store and Blockmark is a family active brand store.

Zara  has volunteered for the Prince's Trust and Transform SY mentoring young people to realise their business goals and co-directed My Network for Women in Business in the Yorkshire region and facilitates events for the entrepreneurial community in Doncaster. Zara is also a  member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Zara is also a GAP partnership trained strategic and advanced level Negotiator and has negotiated commercial categories worth +£100 million in National retail. Negotiating with many large suppliers and managing retenders to mitigate cost increases on buy for less initiatives. In 2022, Zara began coaching by creating her Negotiation digital Masterclass and has delivered this to women's entrepreneurial networking groups and workshops.​, as well as commercial training to vendors.
